National Policy Forum 2016

Older Australians rely heavily on primary health care to support them to live healthy, active, independent and contributing lives. But our systems of primary care do not always deliver what is needed.

In 2016 COTA Australia will explore how to make primary health care more responsive to the needs of older Australians and contribute to greater wellbeing in later life.
