Kate joined the COTA Australia Board in 2017 as the first independent director. An experienced non-executive director with expertise in organisational strategy, marketing, and digital disruption with business-to-consumer and business-to-business brands. Her governance and executive experience spans a range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, technology and consumer goods. Board experience spans community services, aged care, private health insurance, sustainability, and member and advocacy organisations.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma of Marketing, a Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation) is a Graduate of The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course, and a former Fellow of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST).
