Gregg is currently President of Council on the Ageing Victoria (COTA Vic). He is also chair of COTA Vic’s Policy Development Committee. He is chair of enliven Victoria located in Dandenong, and Chair of Victorian Primary Care Partnerships.
Gregg was CEO of a large community health service in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and prior to that held senior positions with Bendigo Health, and the Victorian Department of Human Services in Bendigo and Dandenong. A former academic and social worker his career commenced in South Australia in social research and product safety.
Gregg has served on many Boards and committees. He was chair of the Quality Improvement and Community Services Accreditation Inc (QICSA), chair of the Inner East Primary Care Partnership, an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Services Executives and a Board member of Uniting Care Community Options.
Gregg is a passionate advocate for the rights of older people, the prevention of violence against women and children, good governance, quality improvement, and partnership development.
