Home Care Today has developed the resource Changes to Home Care Packages: Implications for Governance to assist boards of small to medium sized Home Care Package providers to plan for the changes that took place in February 2017.  The aim of the resource is to identify key issues and risks so that boards can take a systematic and strategic approach to future planning.
