Aged Care Navigators Video Conferencing Usage Survey

The Australian Department of Health has requested information about the use of Video Conferencing by Aged Care Navigator Trial sites.

They would like to know the number of trials using Video Conferencing / Calls and the software type they are using.

In particular, they wish to understand why some trial sites are not using Video Conferencing / Calls. For example, Is the technology too difficult for providers and consumers to use?

This information will be used by the Department to understand the role of Video Conferencing and older people across a broad range of program areas.
